David G. Herro, CFA, is a Partner, Portfolio Manager, and Co-Chief Investment Officer of International Equities at Harris Associates. He joined Harris Associates in 1992 and has managed the Oakmark International Fund since 1992, along with several other global and international strategies. Previously, he managed international portfolios at the State of Wisconsin Investment Board and Principal Financial Group. Herro holds a B.S. in Business/Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and an M.A. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
